2008 SportEd Workshop Calendar

Dear Club SportEd Members,
In 2007 SportEd worked closely with a number of councils looking at strategies to work with clubs within their municipality to expand/ develop programs to assist in club development. After a successful year we are pleased to announce the following Local Government Agencies have joined our growing network:
Banyule City Council (Eltham, Greensborough, Rosanna & others)
The City of Casey (Narre Warren, Cranbourne, Tooradin & others)
Kingston City Council (Moorabbin, Dingley, Carrum & others)
The three councils are organising workshops at different venues throughout their municipality. The workshops are aimed at committees, coaches, parents, players and officials. The councils have agreed to allow clubs and residents from outside their municipality to attend the workshops and accredited coaches can gain updating points by attending. This means you will no longer need to be a member of SportEd to attend the workshops, simply register directly with the council.
In short, what are the changes?
*SportEd are working with more Local Councils to roll out workshops across Metro Melbourne
*Anyone can attend the workshops, simply register with the council following the steps below
*No Club SportEd Membership
*You will still receive our e newsletter advertising the upcoming workshop dates unless you reply with 'Please remove me from your newsletter list'
*You can access more workshops free!

To register you attendance at a workshop, you must email or call the council# hosting the workshop with:
Your Name
Your Club Name
